Mentor-led online courses
Every course runs in a small cohort with weekly live sessions, feedback on your work and a mentor who answers questions within a day.
Northlight Academy builds online courses with live mentor sessions, hands-on projects and portfolio reviews — so the learning sticks, and the certificate means something to the people hiring.
Short lessons, real projects and a mentor who knows your name. No endless video libraries — just a clear path to a skill you can use.

Finish a capstone project and pass a reviewed assessment to earn a verifiable certification — a shareable credential with a public link.
Self-paced modules with a fixed live rhythm. Study in 20-minute blocks on your commute, then join the session that anchors it all.
You leave with three to five finished pieces you can show, not just a completion badge. Reviewers help you refine each one.
Alumni keep access to the forum, the monthly critique night and the job board — learning doesn't stop at the final module.

Northlight Academy started in 2018 when a small group of designers and engineers got tired of watching people pay for online courses they never finished. We rebuilt the format around three things that actually move the needle: small cohorts, honest feedback and a finished piece of work at the end.
Today more than forty thousand learners have taken our courses. Our certification process is deliberately modest but strict — a reviewed capstone, a short assessment and a mentor sign-off — so that a Northlight certificate tells an employer something real.
